Managed numerous personal crews and subcontractors in hundreds of projects, specializing in high end custom and track homes, commercial (wood construction) projects ranging in size from 1600 – 5000 sq ft (Homes) to 5000 - 20K sq ft (Commercial).
Responsible for all aspects of construction including bidding, sales, services, permit acquisition, subcontracting, scheduling, (checking job to make sure it is on schedule and within budget) project accounting and payments, and job projections ensuring all projects were completed on or ahead of time and within or under budget constraints.
Supervised up to 12 sales personnel in two locations for a major lumber company, ensuring complete customer service and satisfaction, and exceeding company sales requirements.
Earned Builder of the Year (US-Home nationwide award) for process improvement in taking current 180 day construction schedule down to 60 days or less while maintaining high quality workmanship, worker safety, and excellent customer satisfaction.
